Located just a 100 meters stroll from a unique stretch of virgin coast line the Beach House offers the ultimate relaxed holiday experience.  Set in the heart of a protected beach dune reservation area, the Beach House offers intimacy, privacy and tranquility but is still only a 5 minute drive to all the amenities available in the nearest town of Oliva and just over an hours drive from either Valencia or Alicante airports.

Oliva is located in the region of La Safor, Valencia province. The old town, which is well-preserved, was a Christian village and a Moorish suburb sits up on a hill around the old castle ruins of Santa Anna, visible from the beach house and lit up in the evenings. 

The Beach house occupies a unique and privilaged position within a protected coastal parkland. The parkland has orange groves, wild evening primrose and orchids, cactus and aloes, birds of prey, Egrits and turtles. Stunning white sandy beaches  nestled into a backdrop of verdant mountains and valleys.

The mediterranean sea offers long shallow sandy shores, calm in the morning and a breezy afternoon great for  kite surfers.

Friday offers a bustling local market which occupies the mile long “paseo” with local farmers produce, clothes stalls, music and “artesano wares”. Great coffee shops and local deli’s and tapas bars can be found to stop for refreshments or lunch.
